Create an account
To command, you must have an account. You can create it by clicking on« My Account » or when you validate your order: :

Then, enter needed data to the treatment of your order (address, personal informations and your delivery address).

Choose a password which allows you next, with your e-mail address, to be identified and to manage your account easily.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will promptly receive a mail confirming that your order is well recorded.

Accepted means of payment
The only payments we accept are credits cards and Paypal. However, we cannot take the liberty of blocking an order (because it implicates its immediate withdrawal of our supply) without having received the final permission of payment.

Payment by credit card or by Paypal guarantee the delivery of your order as soon as possible. Here are the cards we accept on our site

Validation of your order
Each order is verified by our checking service or by our fraud service to be sure that the person who pays is effectively the person who placed the order and will therefore be delivered.
In case of doubt, a validation of your identity will be done: it will be considered as cleared as soon as we’ll get a photocopy of an identification document and a proof of address evidence, regardless your method of payment.

As long as it is not validated, your order remains recorded but is not taken into account. The more you hesitate to send us these different documents, the more the availability of the product risks to change in the meantime!

Treatment of your order
Once your order is cleared, this one is processed.

Then, an e-mail is sent to you to confirm the departure of the order from our warehouses. This mail contains, among other things, the tracking number of your Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS parcel to give you the opportunity to follow your package.

Tracking your order
Packages monitored by Post services allow a track of delivery. Indeed, a unique number is allocated in every package. You can follow the evolution of the delivery at the following address in the « Particulier » field by grabbing the number noted on the email informing you about the departure of your package from our warehouses.

Packages monitored by Chronopost also allow a delivery tracking service. Indeed, an unique number is allocated to every package. You can follow the evolution of delivery at the following address at the "Track and trace" space by grabbing the number you find on the email informing you about the departure of your package from our warehouses.
