At the beginning of 2017, the most famous concept store in Paris, Colette, celebrates its 20th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the brand accompanied by the Snarkitecture collective from New-York have taken up the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris for "The Beach". An immaculate beach bordered by a swimming pool plenty of balls, a playful and artistic rendez-vous!

After Washington, Florida and Sydney, The Beach arrives in France, a way for us to enjoy an experience we never dreamed to reliving: diving in a giant plastic balls pool, like when we were eight. We missed it ...

300,000 translucent recyclable plastic balls and prestigious guests who are ready to play ! Ines de la Fressange, Vincent Cassel, Mademoiselle Agnes, all were present to attend the official opening earlier this week. Special guests for a special brand, which in 1997, launched a new hybrid place mixing ready-made clothing shop, an exhibition place and events.
Colette made a name in the world of fashion, where we can find the trendiest brands and special collaborations with artists such as Rihanna or Pharell Williams. Especially for this event, the shop proposes a very limited edition with symbolic brands of the company.

"The Beach" is open to all and admission is free, so you can take a dip (bikini and bathing cap not required) and enjoy a festive atmosphere with a beach bar from Coca Cola. A taste of summer and a party that will surely make an impact ! Thank you Colette and happy birthday !
